I'm 59 years old, and I saw my first Red Sox game at Fenway around 1959 or 1960. I guess that means I've been a paying customer for over 50 years now.

I sit in grandstand section 15, thus the screen name. I've had seats in that section for 23 years.

I'm a member of The Lost Nation, which is an active online group. Also the BoSox Club, which is the official booster club of the Red Sox (www.bosoxclub.com), RSN online -- where my name is also section15. I've had a weekly date with my wife at Fenway since 1972.

It's easy to guess that I run my life, between April and (hopefully) late October - early November, around the Boston Red Sox. The love for the game was ingrained in me by my father, who is still alive and well and occasionally goes to Fenway with me.

Joan and I just celebrated our daughter's wedding .. on Oct 11, 2008. Jill is a former Army officer and served in Iraq in 2004-05. While she wasn't all that much of a Red Sox fanatic growing up, we sent "care packages" to Baghdad and they always contained Sox things -- autographed photos from "Autograph Alley", pictures of Fenway and the environs, Boston Baseball magazine, and Sox shirts and caps. She became a fan again.

	Hi Cali, there's no set schedule out there as yet, but if you were to plan to spend five days in Fort Myers you'd probably get a chance to see at least two games at CoPP. And don't forget the Twins across town, and the Rays in nearby Port Charlotte! 10/12/2009 10:32 PM
