As it turns out I am a die hard Red Sox fan who doesn't always see things through rose colored glasses. I have been a fan for just about as long as I can remember, with the 1986 season being my real Red Sox baptism (I was 10 years old).
I did used to be friends with former Sox pitcher Wes Gardner, and he provided us with the opportunity to get some great seats at Fenway as well as meet Red Sox legends (such as Jim Rice, Dwight Evans, Roger Clemens, Wade Boggs, etc) and I still have all of their autographs to prove it!
I live in New Hampshire and have been married going on two years and we have twin boys (and hope that they follow my lead and become little Sawxheads).
I do enjoy the occassional stogie while watching the Sox in my garage with my friends (either a nice Gurkha legend torpedo, Master Select #4, or a Romeo y Julieta Viejo (good stuff!). within the last year and a half I have been to Aruba and Jamaica and have decided that Island life would be the life for me, if only they carried NESN! There is nothing like sitting on the balcony of a beautiful resort, looking out over the ocean with a nice drink in one hand and a genuine cuban cigar in the other (that is my personal definition of "relaxation").
