There may be frost on your windshield & snowboots on your feet, but as we all change our calendars from 2012 to 2013, our minds drift to POSSIBILITIES. It's a brand new year, and a truckload of changes have been made to reconstruct the Boston Red Sox for 2013.
You may even want to pick up one of those thick magazines this season named: 2013 Boston Red Sox Official Guide (or something like that). It will help navigate the multitude of strangers on the field on Opening Day.
The highlight of the team's news this offseason is the return of John Farrell, only now he is the new skipper. John has the respect of the front office & the coaches, as well as the players.....and Yes....of the fanbase too. He will likely get a standing ovation on April 8th as he walks onto the field.

In the new Regular Season 2013 Schedule, the home opener will be on Monday April 8th vs. the Orioles, that there are a whopping 17 home games in April, and that the last home game before the All Star Break will be on July 4th. The final home game of the 2013 regular season will be a Sunday afternoon game vs. the Blue Jays on September 22nd.
Start crossing your fingers for a much better season in 2013!
