Yes we are getting down to the funk of it now , We are back in New York to do Battle with the Yanks,  not for the Aerican Lague East but to clinch the wild card as we battle those great infidels , those would be usurpers of power, who lurk in the most evil of all places ...........SKANKEE STADIUM !!!
Oh well, Time for the sox to rest their weary and set up their rotation and bullpen,but first we finish our battle with the skanks .

The sox are doing battle Where the forces of darkness and the evil empire make their home . Last night the evil forces were at work as our top pitcher this year John Lester was smitten by a combacker off the bat of that hated yankee outfielder Melky Cabrera.
 
This is where the dark side of the force is most powerful, this is where our intrepid sox  traveled to start this Apocalyptic tour, however the forces of light were not without their say as the injury looked much worse than it was, diagnosed as a bruise Lester may even make his next start.

This team still has pride and The heart of a champion beating in thier chests so tonight tune in as our own Dice K defender of the Realm, will do battle against the dark knight of the evil Empire the renowned CC Sabathia ,  direct descendent of Atilla the Hun and , Ghengis Khan, He is the most vile of the Skankee hoard.

but remember in the grand scheme of things this game really means little  as witnessed by A-rods performance yesterday he was 3 for 3 with 4 stolen bases, if it were a playoff game he would have been 0-4 and caught stealing four times. (aint it the truth?)

So get ready for a good one , Clear a spot on the sofa , have your beverage of choice at hand, and get ready for Skankee apocalypse part lV. The Red Sox will prevail over the evil empire and the forces of darkness, as the hound of pestilence befalls the Skankee hoard , which is in its last gasp before being tossed into the pit of the damned and forgotten. in the playoffs
