I hear a birdie in my yard,  tweet, tweet, tweet. I hear a birdie in my yard aint that sweet. Its not a robin or a wren , its not a raven or a hen . it’s a rat with wings you see. it’s an oriole bothering me .
I’m gonna get my gun,  tweet , tweet , tweet , I’m gonna have some fun . Oh you’ll see.
I’ll shoot this bird right in its head , I’ll shoot this bird until its dead, cause this birdies in my way .
He picked the wrong yard in which to play.
Because an oriole you see,  is just a rat with wings to me. They play against my beloved sox . And for this sin they will be rocked . I hear a birdie in my yard tweet, tweet, tweet .
To see these birdies lose tonight will be sweet, I hear their meat is good to to eat, ..aint that neat , I hear those birdies in my yard I think the sox will hit em hard, I hear those birdies in my yard Tweet, tweet, tweet.
From what I hear they're good to eat , from what I hear their meat is sweet. I’m gonna make em into pie and eat them till the the night is high , I hear no more birdies in my yard,  sweet, sweet, sweet.
I hear no birdies in my yard, tweet, tweet, tweet, I hear the red sox hit em’ hard, sweet, sweet, sweet , I hear the red sox hit em’ hard, there’s no more birdies in my yard, the red sox are the best you see,  the birdies no longer bother me . There are no birdies in my yard sweet, sweet, sweet.
 The red sox beat the orioles tonight at Camden yards 3-1, Clay Bucholz got the win Jason Bay hit a tater and Casey Kotchman went 3-4 with an rbi and Jonathan Paplebon got his 37th save ….
I have it on good authority all the sox applied for his bird hunting license before they made the trip to Camden yards .
So tune in tomorrow night same bird time same bird channel as the sox continue their bird hunting holiday ……
